  New to Kansas, my husband and I were looking for a Harley Davidson store to do maintenance work on our Harley Trike. The minute we walked in, we were greeted with smiles and were asked what could they help us with. :-) Husband and I immediately told them they passed the test. A week before we stopped at a dealership in Dodge City. We walked around the store without being acknowledged. Customer service is everything. Dodge City was closer but we will go the extra miles for a friendlier store with excellent customer service. Even tho we didn't purchased anything that day, they answered all our questions with a smile!
